Jos. A. Bank's second-quarter profit exceeds expectations

Hampstead-based Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. said Wednesday it beat analystsa expectations with a 32 percent increase in profits during the second quarter, which company executives attributed to its aggressive marketing and improved margins.
